Date:
22 January 2012

New York: January 23, 2012 - Two executives of Extell Development, the company that is building the International Gem Tower on 47th Street in the New York Diamond district, are in London, U.K., to meet sightholders attending the Diamond Trading Company's Sight Week, January 23-25.

Raizy Haas, Extell's Senior Vice President of Development, and Jeff Torkin, Vice President of Extell, are scheduling meetings with attending companies through the offices of the various diamond brokers.

The team's attendance during Sight Week comes on the heels of last week's news that Leo Schachter & Company has purchased over 11,000 square feet in the International Gem Tower.

"As the date of completion of the Gem Tower's construction is coming closer, many leading diamond firms are taking another, closer look at this unique building that is going up in the heart of New York's diamond industry and trade. We strongly believe thatboth local and international elite companies in this industry will want to learn more about this exciting project," Raizy Haas said.
