AWDC Trade Show Websites

The AWDC Trade Show Websites package was designed MarketDirect Business Communications for the Marketing and Communications Department of the Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC).

As part of the services that it offers the Belgian diamond trade, AWDC organizes Antwerp Diamond Pavilions, in which individual companies exhibit in their own booths in a prime position at each show. Companies joining an Antwerp Diamond Pavilion are treated to a comprehensive service package, which covers the procedures involved in obtaining exhibition space, booth design and construction, and an extensive promotional campaign prior to, during and after a show.  The AWDC Trade Show Websites was created to augment the marketing program.

Antwerp Diamond Pavilion Websites are interactive, and each is dedicated to an international trade show at which an Antwerp Diamond Pavilion is featured. They are designed to promote the participation of Antwerp-based companies within the pavilion, and then, once the show is over, to provide visitors a way of accessing the Antwerp exhibitors they met at the show. To visit the Antwerp Diamond Pavilion Websites, please CLICK HERE.

An Antwerp Diamond Pavilion Website is launched online one month before the start of a show. From that point on it is extensively promoted within the target markets to potential visitors to the show.

The primary purpose of a Antwerp Diamond Pavilion Website is provide visitors to the trade fair a pathway to the Antwerp companies exhibiting at the show. Each website features an interactive map, which pinpoints the location of the Antwerp Diamond Pavilion, and the position of each of the Antwerp company booths. By clicking on the booth, visitors to the website can access an illustrated company profile of the company, including the name, biographies and contact details of the company representatives on site. An appointment module enables visitors to the site to book meeting with exhibitors during the show.

The Antwerp Diamond Pavilion Websites are mobile friendly, which means that that they can be accessed by visitors to the trade show who carry a mobile telephone with Internet capability. Using their mobile phones, the visitors can review and locate Antwerp companies exhibiting at the show, and contact them directly by phone or by email.

The AWDC Trade Show Websites package was conceived of and formulated by MarketDirect. Graphic design work and initial programming was carried out by YCS, and website building and development by Mentoring Systems.
